1. Refund Eligibility
Custom Projects:
Refunds for custom projects are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be issued for:
- Work not initiated within the agreed timeline.
- Deliverables not meeting agreed-upon project specifications, subject to a thorough review.
Templates:
Payments for templates are non-refundable once delivered and downloaded.
2. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be provided for incomplete projects. Completed portions of the work will be deducted from the total project cost.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:
- Change in client's requirements after the project initiation.
- Delays caused by the client in providing necessary inputs or approvals.
- Projects terminated due to the client's violation of our terms and conditions.
4. Refund Request Process
- Initiate Request: Contact us at support@vedonyx.com with your project details and the reason for the refund request.
- Evaluation: We will review the request within 5 business days and notify you of our decision.
- Resolution: If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.
5. Exceptions
- Refunds for promotional offers or discounted services are not eligible unless explicitly stated.
- Maintenance and support agreements are non-refundable.
6. Amendments
Vedonyx reserves the right to update this refund policy at any time. Clients will be notified of changes.
